A. Waverly Gardens consists of 86 one-bedroom apartments and 16 two-bedroom apartments.
Q. Who can live here?
A. Potential Waverly Gardens residents are preferably 62 years of age or older, related to a Waverly Woods resident, a current or former Howard County employee, or currently live or work in Howard County. If single, household income minimum is $17,000 and cannot exceed $37,140. If a couple, household income minimum is $17,000 and cannot exceed $42,480.
Q. What do I pay for?
A. In addition to their rent, residents are responsible for their electric, gas, telephone, and high speed internet/cable service. Hot water is provided.
Q. Are pets welcome?
